Skukura is a health and wellness coach, educator and artist who finds her work at the intersection of spirituality, identity development and psychology. She earned her Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University in 2020, Tantra Yoga RYT-200 certification from MyVinyasa in January 2023, and is also a trained Intergroup Dialogue Facilitator (University of Michigan) and “Food Wellness Warrior” through the Nourishing Food = Nourished Families training program hosted by the Dawa Mama collective.

Since 2015, Skukura has served in roles for colleges, private mental health practice, medical facilities and non-profit organizations through the Central and Western regions of Pennsylvania, working with ages 8 - 74. These roles have ranged from an Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Peer Mentoring Program Director; Student Success Coach; to her current role as a Senior Coach with an organization which specializes in Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Skukura approaches her work from a holistic, non-judgmental and liberatory perspective. She values the principles and ideas of intentional living, self-acceptance, sacred intimacy and community care.
